This is achieved by three major reasons: First, we have just targeted casual fun games for now, this cause lower expenses than we larger studio where a very large number of people work with a lot of machinery and management costs. Second reason is our regional edge. We are based in Pakistan where expected wages and many other (e.g. management related) expenses are relatively low. (A lot of non-games-related software outsourcing is done from Pakistan for USA, Europe and other parts of the world). Being a small and dedicated team of software engineers and artists in Pakistan we are able develop games with relatively low cost than anywhere in other countries. Third reason: see heading below
Faster development with our own library: AGE (Alesha Game Engine)...
Our library AGE (Alesha Game Engine) is used in our games which enable us to experience faster lifecycle for game development. Reduction of time required to make games working and robust enough to be release reduces costs dramatically. Moreover, we do not face any additional costs (or licenses) for 3rd party game libraries or engines.
A team having experience of casual (small scale) games development...
We have developed our first project Game Pack. Individuals at Alesha Studios have been part of casual games development; now at Alesha Studios they are putting their experience together. We have projects in the pipeline and are under development.
